Over the past two unforgettable summer seasons Back II Life Café brought Camden together in a way rarely seen since before the pandemic. Residents, visitors, families, music lovers, and multiple generations gathered to celebrate community, culture, and connection through great music and positive energy in an outdoor urban garden at Camden Market Hawley Wharf. The response was overwhelming with attendees describing the events as uplifting, joyful, and a powerful reminder of Camden’s unique spirit. It reminded many of the vibrant cultural energy always associated with Soul II Soul in the 1970’s and 80’s.
The atmosphere at the Back II Life Café is uniquely Camden, capturing everything that makes Camden special; diversity, creativity, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging.
